Huťko would like to drawn attention of his Slovak/Czech speaking audience to the legislative intent of Electronic Public Administration Act which is available at the website of the Ministry of Justice. Legislative intent is currently in the intra-department comment procedure until the end of July 2010. If you are in charge of any state power body please scrutinize this piece of possible future legislation as it may be really important in the near future. Proposal aims to establish unitary eGovernment regulation for all fields of law (civil/criminal/administrative) and also some new legal institutes such as electronic personal box [?.. are Czech “data boxes” coming to Slovakia ?] or document conversion.
