Digital Liberties

Since 2011, I have penned over a dozen interventions (amicus briefs) in digital liberties cases.

As an attorney, I usually represent civil society organisations that seek interventions before European courts in order to defend the public interest (esp., the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union).

At the London School of Economics, I also run the ECtHR Intervention Clinic, in which we annually submit one brief before the European Court of Human Rights. I always welcome timely suggestions of new pending cases that require academic attention.
